What Your Day Looks Like
- Conducting the cleaning of guest rooms and public areas ensuring that the standards of cleanliness and guest comfort are maintained to the highest level according to our company standards;
- Providing timely and professional customer service to our guests;
- Maintain cleanness of your workspace and equipment;
- Work with cleaning chemicals and equipment where necessary to provide a high standard of cleanness and hygiene;
- And comply with all OH&S regulations as required and applicable.
To be successful, you’ll need
- Previous Housekeeping Attendant experience within a hotel/apartment setting;
- Strong verbal communication skills;
- Efficient time management skills and ability to manage competing priorities;
- Genuine commitment to guest service and excellent attention to detail;
- Enjoy working within a diverse team and autonomously.
