We’re looking for a tech-savvy, detail-oriented individual to join our Operations Team in a support role. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to contribute to a global, scaled tech business, we’d love to hear from you.
Location: Melbourne-based, with hybrid work flexibility (2-3 days in the CBD office)
Hours: Monday - Friday (40 hours per week).
Uniform: Casual - whatever you're comfortable in
Pay Rate: $37.66p/hr + super
What You’ll Do:
- Help manage the Uber premium product portfolio
- Conduct internal analysis and surveys to enhance the rider value proposition across our product range.
- Assist with performance reporting, providing key insights to stakeholders across the business.
- Support your manager in delivering end-to-end projects, from initiation to execution.
- Execute business-as-usual (BAU) processes with a high level of attention to detail.
- Contribute to the rider operations strategy for Australia and New Zealand.
What You’ll Need:
- Basic proficiency in SQL.
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets.
- Passion for cars – strong knowledge of key European, American, and Chinese car models.
- Strong written communication skills in English.
