The Lifetime Learner Experience (LLE) is seeking expressions of interest for Exam Operations Support staff to join the Workforce Team.
The Exam Operations Support plays a crucial role in upholding the integrity of UTS examination processes, which includes ensuring the security of access to online exams and the proper use of equipment such as laptops.
This role is also responsible for maintaining compliant conduct among students and staff during examinations.
The major responsibilities may include:
- Exam Supervision and compliance
- Manage exam venues, resources, and technical equipment.
- Exam Supervisor assignments and break rotations according to the roster.
- Provide daily briefings to Exam Supervisors to ensure staff maintain academic integrity and health and safety compliance
- Submit detailed reports on student attendance and incidents.
- Technology support & monitoring for exams
Seasonal Work
This opportunity suits candidates who enjoys seasonal work with reoccurring shifts available twice a year during the University centrally conducted exam period.
Required Availability
- Training: Between 14-23 May 2025
- Mandatory availability: Full-time availability during the centrally conducted exam period
- Autumn Exams: 26 May 11 July
- Spring Exams: 3 November 19 December
Remuneration
Pay rate: $52.06 per hour (HEW 4 casual pay rate)
The university offers 11.5% employer-provided superannuation.
This appointment will be on a casual basis.
